		<description>eat some whole grain breads and pasta but only one serving in a day. drink milk as well as the water. you need the calcium as you will lose it with the exercises. i like the workout. that part looks fine. eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and whole foods. lean meats. don&#039;t cut out all fat but cut out a lot of the bad fat. your body needs fat to be able to function. if you don&#039;t have fat in your diet (especially with cardio workouts) your heart will stop and your lungs will stop. no soda is good. diet soda has been proven to actually make you fatter because the fake sugar in it triggers your body into thinking it has sugar and therefor energy and then it finds out it doesn&#039;t have energy then it will make you look for something else to eat. and the fake sugar causes brain damage. and then regular sugar soda is just as bad because of all the calories and sugar in it. 
eat tons of veggies and you will be good. i think with that and the workouts you should look really good at the party.</description>

I don&#039;t know if its true or not, but I heard that swishing vegetable oil around in your mouth before you do cardio will get something out in the blood stream you want to burn and will help you burn fat faster. I also read that taking cold baths (for only 3-5 mins at a time) will speed up your metabolism, but again, thats just what I read. I know that eating snacks the size of your fist every 3 hours will speed up your metabolism because your body knows it will get food often, so it burns that food off quickly, resulting in more weight loss than eating less.
