Im 15 and I weigh 133lb. I eat only organic and natural stuff (except for dairy queen when I get the Oreo brownie earth quake lol) My ribs show a little so im eating more than usual and doing sit-ups to get abs. I heard about Acai Berry 2-3 years ago and I couldn’t make my decision to buy it. I heard it is crazy good for you. Should I try it and if I should, do I get the pill one ore the liquid. Is there a difference?
I would like to buy it for the health not about the weight
Acai berry, is it god’s fruit?

Acai berry is not some magical weight-fixing fruit. It will not change your body if you don’t put in the effort to eat right and exercise. You can buy it if you want, but its only effect will be making your wallet lighter.

It’s a fruit. It’s no better or worse than any other fruit out there. It’s not some magical thing that has amazing benefits like people say. It’s just a berry. It IS good for you, just not as much as people say. It’s a fad and people are just trying to make money off of it. Remember when energy drinks first came out, or when green tea was suddenly “discovered”?

A: It’s fruit so it’s generally good for you.
B: Ignore the hype, it’s not some miracle super wonder fruit that’s going to change your life.

It’s a berry.That’s it. It’s advertised a ton, but i don’t think it’s any healthier than any other berries.
I just go out in my backyard and pick fresh blackberries. A ton of them grow wild behing my house and I love them.

I THINK it made me more energetic when I used it for 2 months but apart from that it made no difference to my complexion, weight or overall health. It’s like eating blueberries – good for you but not ‘gods fruit’!
