And it is from drinking too much coffee. I try to limit my coffee drinking to no more than three cups a day. In order to get back to normal, I also get help from Asacol that my doctor prescribed. I only take it when I need it. I have a zillion of these pills left over from when I used to take Asacol every day. Then I discovered I didn't need them unless I had a problem. That OTC orange stuff recommended for old people who get the runs also helps somewhat. I get this once in a while. And it is from drinking too much coffee.
