Question by rocknicstar0929: What is the Recipe for the Master Cleanse diet by the gallon?
I am thinking about doing the Master Cleanse diet for 10 days to detox and drop some junk food weight that I know I have gained… I am going to be starting a diet of exercizing and eating right and I want to start fresh. Does anyone know what the recipe is to make this diet by the gallon so I can keep it in the fridge and not make it by the glass? N E help would be appreciated. THANX!

You need to read about the Master Cleanse diet that was in the news a few days ago–it didn’t sound too good for you.
