a flattER stomach in 1 week?
OKay 8th grade outing is on the 19th (next friday) and i gots a little chub and extra fat on my love handles.
I know I cant be bikini ready but i jsut dont want to look horrible. I used to always work out and got a nice body but i gave up so heres my plan on how i want to loose my weight will it work?
1) Cut Out Carbs…no bread,pasta, grain ANYTHING!
2) No Soda Juice Milk or Junk Food(all water)
3) at LEAST 20minutes of cardio a day for the next 7days
4) 180(including obliques)(correct) crunches 3 x in that week…
So, do you think that will be good?

jumprope-5 mins
treadmill-10 mins
arms-10 mins
ellipital-15 mins
OK so i really need to lose these 10 pounds so please help…IF YOU HAVE A BETTER WORKOUT LET ME KNOW PLEASE
